We are pleased to announce that the fourth meeting of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics Asia Pacific Rim Meeting (IMS-APRM) will take place in Hong Kong, during the period of June 27-30, 2016. The previous three meetings, held in Seoul in 2009, Tsukuba in 2012 and Taipei in 2014, have been very successful. They provided an excellent forum for scientific communications and collaborations for the researchers in Asia and the Pacific Rim, and promoted communications and collaborations between the researchers in this area and those from other parts of the world. The fourth meeting will continue and extend the accomplishment of the previous meetings, and will contribute significantly to the advancement of the common mission in our profession.
